The folks at Fabrik just released an update which should be applied to your sites (One aspect is that the new release fixes an SQL injection vulnerability. Fabrik is a tool that allows you to create front end forms and reports that interact with datatables so you can do anything from a simple contact form to full blown applications in Joomla.
